Fabio Capello

For those who are non-soccer fan, he is Ex-Real Marid Coach. It's a pity for him to got sack twice despite winning the Spanish League Title on both occasions(once in 1997, the other in 2007).

He is their six coaches since 2003, the last time they won the Spanish League. I wonder who would take over them, considering that the job security is extremely low (however, they are veri well paid).

On the other hand, I think Arsenal's power is waning. Henry is gone. With Wenger's future uncertainity, seems like next season EPL is between Chelsea, Man Utd and Liverpool (maybe Spur would be challenging too).

Tomorrow is Badminton Session. Yea~

One Litre of Tears

Just finish watching 'One Litre of Tears'. It is a touching drama. However, I dont think you would be touched till you shed one litre of tears.

It is about a girl whom bright future had been shattered due to a incurable disease. She started to lose control of her movement, speech. It's terrible. However, a strong girl she is, she continued to create great memories for herself. All along, there is a guy standing beside her, giving her strength, not minding her condition. This is what true love is all about barz. And of course her family is always there for her.

Road is not smooth for her. Initially, it's hard for her family members, friends and strangers to accept her, especially, herself.

What is Love?

Love. What is it exactly?

There wont be right or wrong when love is concerned. One should follow his heart and not have any regrets. However, not to the extend that one's life is being affected.

Whatever decision one took, he must make sure that he wont regret in future for life is too short to have any regrets.

Not giving up on yourself would give yourself a ray of hope. Sometimes, letting go might not be a bad alternative. No matter how hard life is, one can always find comfort in friends.

p/s: I penned down this thought with no one in mind.

4-years-old

This little girl is very cute.

Today one of my students msg me that he dont want me to continue. It's kinda of unexpected to me. The reason cited is because he was weak in other subjects, therefore he needs a tutor who can teach him different subjects at one go.

Joke

Dear Tech Support Team:

Last year I upgraded from Girlfriend 5.0 to Wife 1.0.

I soon noticed that the new program began unexpected child-processes that took up a lot of space and valuable resources.

In addition, Wife 1.0 installed itself into all other programs and now monitors all other system activities.

Applications such as Bachelor Nights 10.3, Cricket 5.0,Beer With Buddies 7.5, and Outings 3.6 no longer runs, crashingthe system whenever selected. I can't seem to keep Wife1.0 in the background while attempting to run my favorite applications.

I'm thinking about going back to Girlfriend 5.0 , but the'uninstall' doesn't work on Wife 1.0.

Please help!

Thanks,
"A Troubled User"

Dear Troubled User:

This is a very common problem that people complain about.

Many people upgrade from Girlfriend 5.0 to Wife 1.0, thinking that it is just a Utilities and Entertainment program.

Wife 1.0 is an OPERATING SYSTEM and is designed by its Creator to run EVERYTHING!!!

It is also impossible to delete Wife 1.0 and to return to Girlfriend 5.0.

It is impossible to uninstall, or purge the program files from the system once installed.

You cannot go back to Girlfriend 5.0 because Wife 1.0 is designed not to allow this. (Look in your Wife 1.0 Manual under (Warnings-Alimony-Child Support).

I recommend that you keep Wife1.0 and work on improving the environment.

I suggest installing the background application "Yes Dear" to alleviate software augmentation.

The best course of action is to enter the command C:\APOLOGIZE because ultimately you will have to give the APOLOGIZE command before the system will return to normal anyway.

Wife 1.0 is a great program, but it tends to be very highmaintenance. Wife 1.0 comes with several support programs, such as Clean 2.5, Sweep 3.0, Cook 1.5 and DoLaundry 4.2. However, be very careful how you use these programs. Improper use will cause the system to launch the program NagNag9.5 . Once this happens, the only way to improve the performance of Wife 1.0 is to purchase additional software. I recommend Sarees 2.1 and Jewellery 5.0

STATUTORY WARNING : DO NOT, under any circumstances, install SecretaryWithShortSkirt 3.3. This application is not supported by Wife 1.0and will cause irreversible damage to the operating system.

Weekend

Well.. this weekend wasnt smooth-sailling for me. Im wondering why my student just couldnt understand how to complete the square despite me teaching him more than ten times.. Sigh~ Maybe im not gd at teaching.

On the other note, I made a clown out of myself, realised that secondary school maths syllabus changes quite a bit. They are teaching a topic that i have not seen before throughout my schooling life, ended up stumbling on every question.

On the lighter note, It's HOLIDAY. Welcome Holiday!

Finally.. Exams are over

Finally, Exams are over - after 6 mths plus. However, there is another matter I need to start considering, should I take 2 biz modules coming sem? or shd i take 2biz modules the sem after next? Maybe I should even drop minor. Decisions Decisions Decisions.. They are hard to make. If I were to take two biz modules, one of them would be 'International Financial Management' which i think is to be taken with Biz major student =_=

Memories

After looking through some of my JC frenz blogs and comments, I realised that we really treasure our friendship a lot. JC holds a really close memories for me. In JC, I found her, 97 gang e.g. ym, mel, jon, tc, hh, ty, mt, th, ph (i think that's all), not forgeting Der, trying to 'force' his way into 97 gang.. haa. Also, hk (not hongkong), xy, and many others.

The days that we waited for each other, slacking in JEC after school - crapping, playing cards in bus, pon-ing classes. They were really fun!

The self-claimed 97 gang have now reached a standard that we can just slack at a place and CRAP. Really looking forwards to go Ubin cycle and Kbox-ing session. Maybe one day we can all go to Malaysia (I think that would be cool arz?)

Im rather fortunate that I made really close friends wherever I go. Would blog more about others when there is a chance. Else, it would be a bit draggy.. haa

p/s: Thks for dropping by my blog, everyone. Do leave a tag of ya blog link if u have one. =D

JC Outing

At the stoke of midnight, the result was released unexpectly. After which, NTU server HANG - as usual.

Result was ok- it's better than what I expect. Hope this luck of mine would continue. To all my uni-mates out there- Let's strive together next sem! We can do it =)

It been a long time since my JC friends go out as a group. It's SOOO FUN. We went K-boxing and have dinner in JEC. I really miss those days whereby we took 97 together and slacked in JEC. And those tables that we used to slack were gone! Misses those days. Hope that we would be able to meet up frequently.

Students Vs Deans

Who is clever - The Teacher or student?

One Night 4 College Students Were Playing Till Late Night And Didn't Study For The Test Which Was Scheduled For The Next Day.

In the morning they thought of a plan. They made themselves look as dirty and weird with grease and dirt. They then went up to the Dean andsaid that they had gone out to a wedding last night and on their returnthe tyre of their car burst and they had to push the car all the wayback and that they were in no condition to appear for the test.

So the Dean said they can have the re-test after 3 days. They thanked him and said they will be ready by that time. On the third day theyappeared before the Dean. The Dean said that as this was a SpecialCondition Test, All four were required to sit in seperate classrooms forthe test. They all agreed as they had prepared well in the last 3 days.

The Test consisted of 2 questions with the total of 100 Marks.

Q.1. Your Name.........................( 2 MARKS )

Q.2. Which tyre burst ?...............( 98 MARKS )
a) Front Left
b) Front Right
c) Back Left
d) Back Right

Meaningful Quote

Quote from Channel 8 Drama:
"The biggest misery in life is not failure but regret."

How true it's. One shd follow his/her heart. At least you had tried, regardless of the outcome. It's better than surrendering even before trying.

Rollar Coaster

"Life is like a Rollar Coaster. Sometimes it's going up, sometimes down." Life is never smooth-sailing and there bound to be upz and downz. Come to think about it: Isnt that the spices to life? Though it took quite a while for someone to climb up, a moment is required to fall. Guess it's the process that is important. Treasure each moment of your life.

Just came back from PC show: The crowd is CRAZY. It's super duper crowded. At least I managed to get a PC for my bro. Less than a week to the release of my result and slightly more than a week to my exam. *Diaoz*

To her: All the best to you the coming week =)
